Wanted to give Lombard police 5 stars, I had my cell phone stolen during lunch at El Famous burrito. The man saw my phone left on the table while I was grabbing condiments for my food and decided to swipe it right off my table without me noticing. The establishment had cameras and did see the person pay with the credit card. So the officer came on site and was able to review everything in a professional manner. Long story short, The officer did follow through and was able to retrieve my phone after a few days. Thank You for the time and effort for handling this
Recently, I experienced my car breaking down, off Expressway 355 and Roosevelt Road, and was assisted by, Officer Bellanger, very concerned officer to keep me safe
while sitting over two hours, waiting for a tow service. Officer Bellanger, took control and requested a tow truck and we were off the highway and out of danger. Thanks Officer for keeping us safe in such a dangerous place. But you did it and showed kindness and concern until I was safe in my Son's car. I felt you went beyond your duty to help. Job well done. Congratulations !!!
I live in Lombard. I am so happy to live here. Their Police department is the best. Friendly, compassionate, patient and Wonderful with elderly and children. They go beyond the call of duty everytime.
I live in a large condo complex, Over 300 people.
They keep us all safe, help us when our cars run out of gas when we are standed on the road, come very fast when called.
