I have been storing here for almost a year and I can’t say enough anout this facility and the management. Candice is always so friendly and gives great customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The stress of moving is horrible, but Candice did an exceptional job making this move soo much easier. Great clean facility! I will recommend not only this location but most of all to ask for Candice to all my family and friends in the area. 5 stars!

The primary things I was looking for in a storage facility were cleanliness, security, and convenience. Life Storage nails all three. What I was pleasantly surprised by was how great the staff are- Mas remembered us every time we were in, was always super polite and helpful, and obviously cares about his customers. We were so happy we chose to use Life Storage and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Life storage in Lombard is a fantastic place and very safe to store your items. Mas showed me around and is the definition of customer service. I would recommend to family and friends without question.

Mas was very helpful to me and my husband throughout the storage rental process, from start to finish. He was very efficient, patient, answered our questions and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed for our rental needs. We are happy we went with this location, and that we had Mas to guide us along the way!
