(November 29, 2018, 1:40 pm)I’m specifically writing my review for Rita, she was fantastic! I give her 5 stars for sure. Although, first I must say the lady who initially “helped” me was very rude and uninformed. She couldn’t answer any of my questions and also told me she couldn’t accept my passport as a form of ID. I asked her what paperwork I would need and she told me to go online. (Why would I need to go online when I was there at the DMV in person?) So after she refused to help me in any way, I decided to go outside to consult with my husband who had been waiting in the car with my two year old daughter. He reassured me that I did have all of the proper documentation that I needed that day, so we all decided to go in together. Luckily, Rita happened to be the one to help me this time. She accepted my passport as a form of ID and easily got us on our way. Rita was super friendly and very efficient!!!! She even made my daughter laugh and smile. She was very friendly and informative. On the way out I tried getting the name of the other lady who was very rude and had no clue what she was doing, but to no surprise she was nowhere to be found. I would have at least given her a 1 star rating for being no more than good enough to get a job. Although I don’t know how she keeps it.

Advice to customers: if you are having difficulty at the dmv, it may just be the representative you are speaking with. Don’t be afraid to just simply ask someone else. -

(November 28, 2018, 9:31 pm)Went back today 11/28/18 for a road test to get my non cdl class c drivers license. I forgot to ask my instructors name, but what a great guy. Overall awesome people...Would be coming back here if I ever need too. Thanks!

(September 26, 2018, 10:53 pm)I want to thank the officer Philip(I don’t know his last name, just remember a handsome man). I went to this facility for my drive test. And he helped me finish all the documents and asked me to go to check in count (I don’t need to pay, but I need to get a receipt), my English is not good and I didn’t understand his meaning. Then I just drove the car inside. And he was my driving examiner too, he found I didn’t get the receipt. He was so kindly and run back to facility for helping me finish all the documents. I am so appreciated for his kind help.
