  This review is for Manager. Unfortunately I forget a name, but still very thankful for him.
  Yesterday my car stuck next to ATM drive through. And I was not able to move my car until towing came. It was very nice of him to wait with me after his working hours to make sure I am safe. Thank you! Appreciate it a lot! And my apologies to customers who didn’t have chance use ATM yesterday.

  Branch Manager Jefferson is my new hero. These 5 stars are a reflection of him, as well as a teller whose name I think was something like Jeremy. If this review was a reflection of 'Pam' it would have been 1 star.
  
  Let me break this down - my life almost imploded today because somebody stole a cashier's check from my car and if I had not recovered that money it would have catalyzed a chain of events that likely would have ended in me becoming temporarily homeless and possibly even jobless. Given this money was still MINE and the stolen check had not yet been cashed, I only needed to void the original check and get a replacement for the same amount.
  
  According to the first person I talked to, 'Pam,' this was only possible if I waited 90 entire days, no exceptions. I simply did not have 1/4th of a year to wait for my own money that needed to go towards rent that was due later in the week. I tried to explain the situation to her and how it had the potential to literally ruin my life but she couldn't have cared less. After she dismissively told me that there was "absolutely nothing she could do," I told her I could possibly get evicted because I didn't have access to my own money due to theft, and she basically just vacantly said a bunch of variations of "I don't know what to tell ya" and "what do you want me to say?" After establishing she not only had no intention of helping me but was actually even being somewhat antagonistic, I gave up.
  
  Enter Branch Manager Jefferson. In some ways this guy literally saved my life and I will not ever forget it. And he did it out of kindness, because he knew it was possible and knew how to make it happen even though it wasn't particularly easy. It took me a number of transfers in Chase's phone support from people who said they couldn't help me until it lead me to a helpful woman named Joy who then reached out to him.
  
  This wonderful man absolutely went to bat for me and ultimately came through for me at well. He made calls, he was in and out of rooms and behind the counter, printing this and that and having me sign on this dotted line and that dotted line to get me through all the proper channels to get a replacement check. My gratitude towards him is vast and completely overshadows the disappointment I felt towards Pam. Not only that, Jefferson alone won my loyalty to Chase as a whole for the foreseeable future, because he actually cared about me and delivered as well. Super cool guy, too. Dapper and self-assured as heck, but with the actions and behavior to back it all up too. He entered a very small club of people whose altruistic kindness towards me in my life prevented cataclysmic misfortune to befall me, and quite frankly if ever I feel pessimistic about humanity or people like Pam, I will likely try to think of him and remember there still is true decency in the world and it can come from people who gain almost nothing in return and only do it because they think its the right thing to do. I have nothing but nice things to say about this guy, and I really, really appreciate him. His co-worker Jeremy as well, who also helped out in the whole process. Two good guys, to be sure.
  
  I'm not trying to come down too hard on Pam so as to bring needless negativity into an otherwise absolutely glowing review, but it truly is disheartening to know that she lied to me out of laziness and apathy and had zero empathy whatsoever for my situation. She is thus far the only black mark on this Chase branch which is pretty great in every other way. I don't remember their names, but all the rest of the tellers have been friendly and helpful people in my life every time I go there and Pam stands alone.
  
  But all in all, Jefferson totally just earned himself a spot on my Christmas card list.
