Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace near Oakbrook Center

This is a great hotel. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect size. I was staying here for 1 night and although I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and kind! The showers were a bit dirty and it was a bit difficult to get in our room with the keycard. We had to get a staff to help us. The elevator is also really slow and there’s no nearby stairs on our floor. Other than that, the experience was great and the staff is very friendly.

The people were very nice. Early check in when I called. And I like the comfortable bed I had a little situation with my tub but they came as soon as I called and took care of it. Oh and I like that when I get out of bed or go into the next room the lights comes on I don’t have to walk in the dark to go to the bedroom. And they have a little balcony. Well you see I liked it. Someone may have their own opinion but I will be back this is my second time here. Great location.
