I loved my time at Springfield. As it is one of the nicest complexes in Murfreesboro it was also fairly priced in comparison to other properties in the area. My 1 bedroom floor plan was so open and my closet was massive (which was something that was hard to find in other apartments I had toured.) I only had one maintenance issue my entire lease and it was fixed within two hours (on a Saturday!) It was clean, quiet and the amenities were great. One of the most important things for me during my apartment hunt was safety/security as I worked late hours and was living alone at the time. I always felt safe here with no concerns or issues. The office staff/maintenance were always helpful and easy to reach if I needed anything. I moved for a job relocation but definitely would have resigned otherwise.

I was issued a temporary parking pass while helping someone get settled into there new apartment.
I came back a couple weeks later to visit and I did not pay close attention to the expiration date on the pass and the fact that it was expired by 2 days, my car was towed. A $200 towing fee and being late to work that day was not a good feeling.
While I was technically in the wrong with an expired pass, common courtesy in my mind would be to give a warning over a two day lapse on the parking pass. After all I wasn’t trying to park in a restricted area, the expiration date simply slipped my mind.
After a terrible experience with the towing company, I asked the front office if there was anything they could do on their end. Within a week, Springfield Apartments reimbursed me $150!
If that doesn’t show a company that is willing to work with their tenants, I don’t know what would. This is outstanding service!
While I was in the wrong, they realized the situation could have been handled better and stepped up to take care of it.
Thank you to the front office staff for relaying the issues to management. Thank you to Springfield management for going out of they way to make living here and visiting here as good of an experience as possible. You all could have easily written this off as “not my problem” and did not. This speaks very loudly to the kind of service you will get here. Great service is rare these days, but not at Springfield Apartments. You all are great, keep up the good work!

Just moved in a week ago but I already have to brag. I love these apartments. The apartment itself is so cute and clean, all the necessities and perks you could want in an apartment while also being updated and functional. The ladies in the front office are so lovely, when I had a concern about the parking they were very polite and helpful about the entire situation and really seemed like they wanted to make sure it was taken care of. A huge shout out to Angela for being so helpful and patient with me during the leasing and move in process. The community is kept clean and I feel like it’s actually pretty quiet and clean for an apartment complex. So excited for the next 12 months here and hopefully longer after that!
UPDATED: After a small issues had came up I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and while I was partially at fault for this issue the front office at Springfield went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make things right. I cannot express how wonderful this apartment complex and the management staff is here. I truly feel at home and I feel like the management staff cares for its residents. Cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. Thank you guys!!
