“My experience here at Advanced Lisle Dental was extremely awesome, from the time I came in to check in for my appointment to the time I left. Everyone was so nice and you can tell that everyone loved what they do. It was like a big happy family. I was serviced by Angel and omg he was truly an Angel. He was very engaged and positive and he had such an awesome energy. He explained everything that he was going to do and overall just made sure I was comfortable and nice. I forgot the receptionist name but she was also pleasant in telling me about my insurance benefits and what they cover and just providing an overall breakdown of everything. I forgot the other lady’s name, but she did my deep cleaning and she was patient and nice. She also gave me more advice about my teeth and again when I left, I was confident in my decision of coming to them. I would definite recommend them to anyone that is looking for a Dental office that truly care about you and the well being of your teeth. Thanks again for the amazing experience.”

“Friendly and helpful Dr. and staff. Quickly got an appointment for the whole family. Small office, family and kid friendly. Professional treatment, nice equipment, but low stress environment. Dr. Yuan cleaned and checked out teeth and jaw all at one time. This was a quicker visit than I've had other places where cleaning comes from one person, then sit with a light shining in my face forever to wait for the Dr to come in.”

“My entire family goes here! The employees are wonderful and very up in technology. I do not enjoy going to the dentist at all, but they make my stay pleasant. I just got a root canal done. I was very scared, but they did an amazing job at taking care of me. I was able to watch a movie with headphones to keep me distracted! “When I was looking for the phone number I noticed the odd negative review. After reading it I figured I should post about our extremely positive experience, especially regarding things the negative review pointed out. I don't know how other orthodontists set their hours but I have two tween sons and I have never felt inconvenienced--even taking into account that the boys can only make appointments in the 3:30pm-5pm window. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming. There have been numerous times when my son knocked a wire loose or was getting poked in the cheek and they have always fit us in the same day. They have even kept the office open past closing time for us. There have been a couple times when one of the assistant orthodontists opened the locked office to clip a wire outside of hours. Dr. Wardell is one of the most charismatic and instantly likable people I have ever met. He had never been rude or short with us--and we have definitely not been the easiest family to deal with. My oldest son got expanders on the top and bottom at the same time. The first night, he was panicking because he felt he couldn't eat or drink. My wife then panicked because he was panicking. Dr. Wardell returned our call at 10PM on a FRIDAY night. He talked my wife and son out of a collective panic and within a day my son got used to how the hardware felt and was just fine. I cannot picture ANYTHING the negative reviewer claims coming out of Dr. Wardell's mouth. Our overall experience has been excellent. I don't normally review things but I decided it was important to do so here since the positive reviews were without comments and the negative review was so long.”
