To start, the front desk staff was very polite, I interacted with Steve who was very patient with me and my kid. When we were roomed, we met with a supervisor who addressed our needs to ensure the best care during our visit- I have never had this at any other medical facility, so thank you. My daughter was in the hands of Maritza, the dental assistant, and she was just AMAZING. Oh god I wanted to cry with how well my daughter was taken care of. Maritza showed my daughter all the instruments that were going to be used to make her feel comfortable. Lastly, thank you Dr. Jen for being patient when my toddler did not want to be cooperative and finding an alternative to finish the cleaning. Overall, thank you to this team, definitely helped make my daughters first dental experience fun and caring.”
