“I used Residential Home Health & Hospice, Lisle, for my wife, for the last 3-4 weeks of her life, and cannot commend their services more highly. Not only was the Nurse (Patricia) who came to the house gentle, patient, and caring, but also highly professional, informed, and decisive. Furthermore, I was most impressed at the prompt interactions between the visiting nurse and their in-house doctor, whose advice, decision-making and prescribing of medications was so prompt, and the medications delivered to the house within 3 hours. Between the Nurse and the Doctor, in collaboration, they made my wife's last days as painless, comfortable, and calm as could possibly be asked for - also answering her questions and my questions directly and in an informed manner. As her carer, at home, I sensed the back up of the Residential staff every step of the way, even in the middle of the night, and also their efficiency in contacting our chosen funeral home, and promptly issuing the death certificate. Highly recommend.”

While some areas are not allowing parents in the room for the consult once the child is 18+, Dr Stevens does. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I sawt him out for a second opinion after a less than positive experience somewhere else, at the end of our consultation I told him the details about what the other oral surgeon said and he very professionally explain why his opinion differs and why he would follow a different protocol. I respected that and will be using him for surgeon. Last thing, his consult fee is only $30.”
