They dealt directly with the insurance company and were there for us every step of the way to explained what was going on. They helped with relocation and payment from my insurance company and also made recommendations on products, which was super helpful. They took their time with us, especially when I got a little crazy with the questions, and were very flexible when we needed to meet. I was able to do walk throughs at my house while works was being done and all of the workers were very nice and polite. If there was something that I didn't like, it got fixed.
