So much so our carpets should be replaced, but we hired D-Pro carpet cleaning instead. Our carpets look brand new & there is not even a hint of urine smell!!! Over the years we have used other carpet cleaning services & none have gotten urine smell out and looking as good as they do now. Would highly recommend for anyone & especially fellow animal owners!
