“I visited for the illuminations tour. It was hands down the best light show I have been to at a venue. There were some interactive stations which made it very interesting an added to the fun. Upon visiting for this illuminations I realize that this is somewhere that I will have to visit when it is spring or summer. The varieties of trees were wonderful. There were trees that I have never seen before. I would highly recommend this place and it is very family oriented”

“When I was looking for the phone number I noticed the odd negative review. After reading it I figured I should post about our extremely positive experience, especially regarding things the negative review pointed out. I don't know how other orthodontists set their hours but I have two tween sons and I have never felt inconvenienced--even taking into account that the boys can only make appointments in the 3:30pm-5pm window. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming. There have been numerous times when my son knocked a wire loose or was getting poked in the cheek and they have always fit us in the same day. They have even kept the office open past closing time for us. There have been a couple times when one of the assistant orthodontists opened the locked office to clip a wire outside of hours. Dr. Wardell is one of the most charismatic and instantly likable people I have ever met. He had never been rude or short with us--and we have definitely not been the easiest family to deal with. My oldest son got expanders on the top and bottom at the same time. The first night, he was panicking because he felt he couldn't eat or drink. My wife then panicked because he was panicking. Dr. Wardell returned our call at 10PM on a FRIDAY night. He talked my wife and son out of a collective panic and within a day my son got used to how the hardware felt and was just fine. I cannot picture ANYTHING the negative reviewer claims coming out of Dr. Wardell's mouth. Our overall experience has been excellent. I don't normally review things but I decided it was important to do so here since the positive reviews were without comments and the negative review was so long.”
