The office does delay sometimes when we call for minor adjustments that need to be done in the apartment, but nothing major and they have eventually gotten to them. We did have one major problem with the tub, which is the only part of the apartment that isn't new, but they got to that right away and we haven't had a problem since then. The neighbors are nice and our boxer loves all the outdoor space. The remodeling is beautiful!”
