“Clean and big lot. Gets busy at times, but you'll always find a parking spot. Few retailers that you can visit, as well as fitness center which is my main destination. I've seen plazas, courts go out of business and be deserted. In terms of traffic, this court seems to be growing each year, especially in time for holidays.”

You have to remember for gems you definitely get what you pay for, this is not bargain basement pricing but fair and reasonable pricing for the quality you receive. The vast majority of his pieces are made right there by him. This is definitely the place to go for custom work. He seems to able to make anything you can show him a picture of or sketch of. I received the runaround from both the tracking website (which was not accurate) and from the automated phone system (which made me hold for over an hour) but in the end I walked into this branch, told them my address, and a rather pleasant employee went and got it for me from the back. I give no rating reduction because of the bad online and phone experience; the missing star is due to the apparent failure of the delivery person to put a "sorry we missed you" paper in my mailbox. But I flagged the item to be held online, went to the branch, and sure enough, there it was. Good thing someone was paying attention - credit where credit is due.”
