  I am grateful that the Minooka area has a physician the caliber and excellence of Dr. Fox. I came to Dr. Fox three years ago with severe foot problems and in so much foot pain that it was difficult for me to walk. I was fearful that I would be told surgery was my only answer. Instead, Dr. Fox explained all my treatment options and the outcome I could expect from each option. For the past three years, I have been pain free, without surgery, and without both prescription and non-prescription medications. I am confident that Dr. Fox will continue to help me with excellent solutions that keep me walking without pain. I have found Dr. Fox to be ethical, honest, and understanding. I very much appreciate his clear and understandable recommendations and that he will tell you exactly what he truly believes your expected treatment outcomes will be without over-promising results. I greatly value his honesty and expertise. Thank you, Dr. Fox, and thank you also to the very helpful and professional staff behind you!

  I was nervous about having an ingrown toenail removed because of the pain and the cost! The front office staff was so patient with me & went above & beyond. Michelle scheduled my appointment, called my insurance company to confirm all benefits and went over everything with me up front so I don't have to worry about a shocking bill showing up a few weeks later. Dr. Fox was friendly, on time and puts you at ease. He doesn't charge a co-pay for the follow up appointment since he's just checking on healing/confirm no infection. I had concerns about how it was healing and he said it looked fine but feel free to come back next week if I want him to look again (with no additional charge!). They also have reasonable hours which was a MUST for me since I have a traveling husband, I work full time and we have a 1 & 3 year old. Very few people in the service industry provide this type of service but ALL of the staff at Fox River Foot & Ankle are willing & wanting to help. I couldn't recommend them more!!

  Dr Fox was very helpful for trying all avenues of treatments before we had to do surgery on my foot. He listened to me and talked to me about my concerns. As being a runner I wanted to get back to it as soon as possible. Now having had the surgery I know I am on the road to recovery. In a few months I will be running again. The staff have been awesome and nice and very helpful. Follow up calls when I ask questions in the office and very nice to talk to. Linda the receptionist has been great explaining insurance and helping me with my appointments to make sure I can get in to see the doctor at the times I can make it. Office is close to my house

  The Staff and Doctors are very polite. When I have asked questions the Dr. gives easy explanation for me to understand. I also bring my mom to Dr. Fox. We will continue to come here for all foot care issues.
