  I highly recommend Promotion Physical Therapy. Paul does such a great job understanding your injury and getting you back to pre-injury form. He looks at the total individual and genuinely cares. It is such a friendly atmosphere, can’t say enough good things about Paul and Jayne.

  I injured my shoulder while exercising and was told I needed surgery to repair it and the post operative recovery time would be almost a year. I was also told that there was not guarantee that my shoulder would be fully cured by the surgery. I started researching options and was referred to Pro-motion by my massage therapist. I just completed my physical therapy sessions and my shoulder has not felt this good in years. I learned so much from Paul about how the shoulder should function and move, how to stretch it, how to wisely exercise it, how to strengthen it, etc... I have been to physical therapy places before - the treatment was never as personalized, professional, knowledgeable, and innovative as what Paul gave me. The only reason that I have been able to avoid surgery is attributed to Promotion Physical Therapy.

  Recently completed Promotion's therapy for occipital headaches . I left pain free and confidant that I'll remain that way with a simple regimen that I can practice at home. Jayne and Paul provide efficient professional care in a well equipped setting. Mom and Pop atmosphere also make it a pleasant experience versus what could be a cold and uncaring period of recovery.

  Convenient hours, I was always able to find a time that works for me. Nice and friendly staff. Helped me get back to my activity’s pain free!

  I went in not knowing what to expect as this was my first injury that required physical therapy. My therapist was Paul and I couldn't be happier with the quality of his knowledge and the service he provided. The entirety of the staff in fact were always extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend promotion physical therapy.
