At the end, to make it even nicer i got a great discount. This is not something you see everyday. Honesty, punctuality and patience are just some of the qualities you can attribute to these guys. (June 2, 2016, 12:01 pm)On a road trip to take my son to college and had to stop for an emergency repair. These folks couldn't have been nicer and took care of us right away. Got us in and out and back on the road quickly. Highly recommend this place. Convenient off Interstate 55 too!

Trucks run great. I'm being trained on different things. Honesty is everywhere here with this company. I'm not going anywhere.

(October 22, 2015, 9:38 pm)My experience at J&R Service Center was 100% satisfactory.....I was given both personal and professional treatment from the time I walked in the door, until the time I left the Center....The work done on my vehicle was excellent and the cost was extremely fair and reasonable.....I greatly appreciated the diagnostic comments given to me dealing with issues that I needed to be aware of concerning my vehicle .....I will certainly return to J&R with my vehicle needs!
