  My wife has been goin to them for years. The manager shawn is awesome. Him and his whole team are all about there customers. They treat the customers like people and not a number or a money value. I am one of those guys that like to do my own work but how she always talked about them i started goin there myself. Found out they even have master a.s.e. technicians (really thoight this was an oil change place. Nope i was wrong) i have had parts in my truck for over 2 months and havent been able to fix myself due to lack of time. Well they installed and used my own parts even. Been back multiple times since then and always feel like they need cloned and put into any customer service business everywhere. Thank you guys for always being you and taking care of my family and everyone i send there. Not many shops around that give you that feeling. And there lobby and restrooms forget about it so spotless dont kno its a mechanic shop. Love you guys wish yall heard that more

  I was coming home from a huge road trip, going from PA to WA and back again. Before I had left PA, another mechanic had worked on something, and when they put it back together, something was out of place and was making a loud screaming scraping noise. For a lot of reasons, I postponed it, thinking it was just the existing problem I already knew about.
  
  Well, I broke down badly enough in IL to call a tow truck. I went to this Express Lube place because they were close to the hotel where I ended up. Dealing with them turned out to be a fun and educational experience, making the best out of a bad situation, as the mechanics showed me what happened - some belt and pulley was out of place, and the metal was drilling into another metal housing, wearing a bolt down to nothing. That explained the horrible noise (which had actually become less noisy the more it wore down).
  
  They patched this up enough that I could restart the truck and get home the rest of the way. I still have some engine problems to fix, but I was able to get home. They were friendly to me, communicative, and fast.

  Very good experience both times I’ve visited to get my oil change. My last visit, the rep was very professional and saved me $30 when it could have been an easy up charge. Waiting room is very clean and spacious. Keep up the great work guys.
