  Great old school truck stop, with lots of parking and very good food. Clean rest rooms. Friendly service. Clean, hot showers for pro drivers. Truckers TV lounge. Excellent repair and maintenance shop with real mechanics. I will always go out of my way to stop here.

  This place should be legendary. A tiny slice of home grown Americana and the best home cooking for miles. Once you've been here you just have to come back.

  Really nice place to stop! I usually go to pilot or other big truck stops, but from now on i will definitely try smaller truck stop because i had such a great experience at this one!

  Parking lot has been recently maintained and is in excellent shape. Bathrooms were super clean. Had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The coffee is excellent too. Pass the big box truck stops by, THIS is where REAL truckers stop.

  THIS is what a real truck stop should be like! Lots of parking, clean inside, friendly service, delicious REAL food. So sad that too many of the old-school family-owned truck stops and restaurants are being taken over by the cookie cutter you're just a number corporate places that forget truck drivers are the reason they exist in the first place.
  
  There were 3 of sitting down to eat and the waitress was friendly, helpful, and provided overall superb customer service. Their Creamed Chicken over Biscuits was something I've never tried before, but I can promise I will definitely have again! My husband said their pork tenderloin was quite good, and so was their coleslaw... And he's quite picky about his coleslaw.
  
  They also sell a variety of baked goods, including full loaves of their homemade milk and honey bread cut thick like Texas toast. We got a loaf to take on the truck with us and quickly realized we should have gotten 2 or 3 (we have a fridge/freezer in out truck so room to store extra).
  
  There is a pilot (I think, or maybe it was a flying j) across the street. BUT, if you are in the area stop here at K&H. I promise you won't be disappointed. We need to support the privately owned truck stops. These are the places that typically treat truckers better and have better quality eating options.
