  We love Pere Marquette Campground! Nice sites and most are fairly level. We enjoy the surrounding area with the beautiful views. We did not use the bathhouse but our friends did and said the showers were not great.

  Campground host was absolutely fantastic, the place is well kept it was nice and not obnoxious, we will definitely be going back

  Great but only two sleeper cabins, clean, with heat or A/C and fan, porch, picnic table. Great hiking. Terrific lodge restaurant- super awesome server Joe, battered chicken, white gravy, rolls. All nice staff. Awesome lobby for wine and lounging but this time taken by a conference, a bit strange one too, for conspiracy followers.

  I gave this 5 stars. Its a simple campground with showers, and electricity. I I went on a blustery 8 degree night followed by a 40 degree day. I hiked six miles, and it was so much fun. Everything is close by, everyone was friendly, it was absolutely beautiful.

The beautiful Pere Marquette Lodge and Conference Center is an ideal place to stay for a weekend or weekday getaway. Built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps, the lodge has been expanded and updated in recent years. The mammoth stone fireplace in the lobby soars to a roof height of 50 feet, and is said to weigh 700 tons.
