I had an issue with my prescription and it was not only not covered by the insurance it was also a high copayment medication, the pharmacist called the insurance and got then to get it covered by calling the dr at the same tome then gave me a number for the manufacturer coupon that also saved me the $50 copayment, and finally delivered it for free to my house, i mean at this point this concierge! -
