  Dream closet come true. I approached Douglas Coleman to have a custom closet created for a bonus room in my home. I had the idea to create a Hollywood style closet including french doors and wall to ceiling shoe storage, Tim Coleman created that dream! Excellent service and design, I will definitely be in touch to have a "flooring" remodel in my new home soon!

  We installed a Coleman closet in our master bedroom 1.5 years ago. I'm not great at design, but I had an idea of what I wanted. The Coleman representative sat with me to design the closet and helped me plan out how I would most effectively use the space. It turned out beautifully! Everything was installed perfectly. Coleman said they'd match any price I received, and I wanted to use a local company (I live in St. Charles). Best of all, I called Coleman this week looking for some guidance because a hamper hinge was not functioning properly. I immediately got an email and a phone call, asking me to send a picture of the issue. I did...and that very same day, I got a call from a Coleman installer letting me know they were in my neighborhood and would stop in to fix it. I was thrilled! They didn't charge me, and it was a simple fix...in fact the hinge had just come out of it's slide...it wasn't even broken. Great quality, fantastic service! I'd recommend them every time over the other big name companies that had VERY push salespeople. Thanks Coleman Home Solutions!
