“I'm rating the company based on work experience since it is not open to the public. Although I loved working here my health steadily declined due to being understaffed and over worked. I'm not sure I can speak on policy so I won't but it makes it almost impossible to schedule doctors appointments and if you get sick in the beginning of the year and miss a few days hope you don't get sick again before the year ends. I loved my job and my coworkers and even management was okay but I had to resign due to health issues and not being there long enough to take any days off to fix it without facing termination. Over all what the company does has real meaning you are helping save lives and it gives you a feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day. However company policy could be better to employees especially if they start to encounter physical problems from the job and need time to see a doctor but have not yet made it to their 1 year mark. I'm sad to have had to leave but am getting my health in order, and if any of my former coworkers or former supervisors see this I miss you guys. I miss my team.”
