Hello friends, I would like to share with you all this fantastic company called MettaShuttle. It's a brand new privately owned company, that offers transportation for handicapped individuals in the tri-city area (Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, etc.). The owner is a friendly gentleman named Jeremy Newcomb, and he is also the helpful hand behind the wheel getting you from "A" to "B". Jeremy and MettaShuttle recently helped me out in a big way.

My van is equipped with an electric ramp that allows me to get in and out of the vehicle, and around a month ago it began experiencing problems and eventually completely stopped working. For the past week it's been in a shop getting fixed, and that left me without any way to get to work. Miraculously, I stumbled across MettaShuttle and reached out to Jeremy to see if he would be able to help me while my car was in for repairs. We talked and arranged a ride schedule that allowed me to get to work on time everyday, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jeremy was always on time, he was friendly and professional, and flexible when I needed to make adjustments to our times.

I'm grateful I found MettaShuttle, and got meet Jeremy and I'm not sure what I would have done about getting to work without his assistance. I would highly recommend anyone with a disability in need of transport, or in a similar situation as I was, consider MettaShuttle and get in touch with Jeremy. He is a delightful person, with a company that is fulfilling a very real need!

Thanks to mettashuttle for helping us out, we were really in a rough place needing transportation for my parents... I heard the driver was top notch!!! Mom said he worked at a memory care palce for years before mettashuttle... she said he really handled Dads Alzheimer's like a pro!!!!!
