Just had my first visit with Dr. Branshaw. My wife loves this doctor and recommended him to me.
The visit was great. Office staff signed me in quickly and my visit with the doctor was on time. Dr. Branshaw listened, was easy to talk to, really cared about my issues. I left there feeling like we had a plan to help me. Looks like he's my new doctor.
Shocked to see that Dr. Branshaw only got 3 stars out of 5. So read the reviews and realized people are rating him low because of his office staff. Can't comment on that fact as Dr. Branshaw always comes out and calls my husband (the patient) himself so we really don't interact with the nurses or staff outside of checking in process. We have not experienced the concerns others mention. Dr. Branshaw is a wonderful doctor..............first and foremost, a great listener, very knowledgeable, thorough, discusses everything in terms we can understand and never rushes our appointments. If what you want is an excellent doctor, he is the person to choose!
Dr Branshaw has been my Primary Doctor for over 15 years and he is a very good doctor. Dr Branshaw has excellent bedside manner, is on time, returns calls, and has a good office staff.
