  I lived here for a year, and it was great. Front office staff and maintenance was responsive and accomodating. I enjoyed the pool, the fitness center being 24 hours and just a quick walk away, and the clubhouse. The bedroom setup was great for me and my roomates.
  
  The best thing for me was the parking being open and being able to have friends come by without having to deal with call ins or guest passes. I had bad experiences with parking in every other place ive lived, but that is probably just one of the benefits of living in North Aurora. Beyond that, I liked the gas ranges, the laundry in unit, and we were able to have pets.
  
  I also did not experience any of the issues that other residents complained about in reviews about fees on move out. We had no hassle with move in or move out. I would have continued to live there had I not moved to California.

  This was a great place to call home. Quality built townhouses, really nice neighbors and outstanding office and maintenance staff! I looked at nearby apartments, but a one bedroom apartment is almost the cost of a 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse with a 2 car garage here. Not to mention a lot quieter. I never heard my neighbors, except when they waved and said hello outside. I moved out of state for work, but if I was to move back, I would choose to live at Randall Highlands again.

  I made a big mistake and move out from here Im really miss this place after I lived here for almost 2 years ☹ now I dont find my right place that one to call home.

  Want a nice spacious place to live? This is it. Want a quiet safe place to live? This is it. Want to enjoy time sitting on your front porch catching a nice summer/fall breeze? This is it. Want a place where neighbors look out for one another (bring your trash can to the garage, hold a delivered package for you, left your trunk wide open). This is it. Want to enjoy the clubhouse pool and gym with your little ones? This is it. The website floor plan doesn't do the actual living space justice. As far as management's concerned, pay your rent on time and read the do's and don'ts of the lease before you sign it and you won't have any problems. Just signed on for a 3rd year without any second thought and trust me we're not an easy sell. Anyone that's serious about relocating and serious about signing a lease won't hesitate once they visit this location. Great safe place to walk around the neighborhood if you're into the Fitbit life and you'll often find dads on bikes rolling around the neighborhood with their little ones. Pet friendly community with non vicious dogs and neighbors that pick up after their dogs. I highly recommend this community. Besides, you'll fall in love with David and Chris. Make a request in the morning and when you get home you'll find a friendly note from Chris letting you know "it's been handled" and to call him if you have any questions. David's great at showing interest in you and your family along with making sure you're a happy resident. Can't get any better than this. Cheers to year 3!!!
