I have been working out at Ethos 360 for a little over a year. Kelly Krause is one of the best and most accomplished trainers that I have come across. She holds you accountable and makes exercise fun and exciting with easy to learn techniques that everyone could take advantage of. I thought I would struggle working out at 4:30 am twice a week, however, now I feel guilty if I don’t go as I continue to get stronger and leaner. Recently I lost 15 pounds and am on the path to lose 10 more pounds. I feel and look better and am looking forward to another healthy year!
Mike and Kelly are 2 of the most knowledgeable instructors I have ever met. They are so passionate about fitness and it reflects in every member. There's absolutely something for everyone. Even my 8 year old daughter loves it!
Great small group or private training! Kelly has made a world of difference in my overall health. Thrilled with my results.
