(August 22, 2018, 12:48 pm)We had a great experience with Angel Water. Kyle came to fix a programming issue with the unit today and was very personable, helpful, and professional. We were very impressed with him and will definitely request him for our annual maintenance. Have noticed a big difference in our water quality already.
(January 11, 2018, 7:58 pm)Shortly before moving into my home, we learned from our seller’s well and septic inspection that our water was bacteriologically unsafe. This was extremely troubling news that we knew had to be addressed immediately after move-in for the safety of our young children and ourselves.
I called around to get quotes for something that I only knew would cost me thousands. Bill Slocum (Angel Water) was the one and only person that took the time to teach us about well water and also tested our water to determine our specific needs. He recommended a chlorinator and after signing a contract we were able to schedule install for less than a week out. Bill has been an incredible teacher for us and I trust the information and guidance he has provided for us, with our safety and health as a top priority.
I am so pleased that we made the decision to meet with Bill, and ultimately hire Angel Water. Our needs have been met and we are now our own “water authorities”! Thank you to the team that has made our water and our family safe!
(October 7, 2016, 12:55 pm)We had our annual service for our water softener and reverse osmosis system today. Keith, our technician, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our water conditioning needs. He addressed all our concerns and took the time to answer all our questions.
(July 16, 2016, 3:19 pm)We have very hard well water (near Kaneville). Our peroxide and salt systems were installed by another firm, but they were very hard to reach when it came to needing service. I had been picking up peroxide at the Elburn shop (formerly EcoWater, now Angel Water) for the past couple of years, and they were so nice and easy to work with that I decided to try them for service. The Angel Water tech who came out, Don, was very knowledgable and articulate in explaining his observations and recommendations, and very helpful and pleasant in his demeanor. I was so pleased with my service call that I actually phoned the business to compliment them, and they will definitely be getting my business in the future. I also appreciated that they called me first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment to let me know a specific time window when I could expect the tech, and he arrived promptly. He also wore shoe covers to avoid messing up the floor. Overall, a very well run business that treats their customers with courtesy and professionism. I highly recommend them.
(February 14, 2014, 4:19 pm)Replaced my old water softener with an Ecowater and I have to tell you that I am really impressed with this product. Not only did I have a great experience with the staff at Ecowater but the water softener is so efficient and uses so much less salt than my old one.
