Recently we returned from vacation to a doggie disaster and Enviroclean came out the next day (a Saturday) to clean the affected areas. They can get out any stain and are a joy to work with. (November 12, 2013, 2:12 pm)We just had our first experience with Enviroclean of Illinois and it was an eye-opener to say the least. Our carpet was stained so badly from pets, food and drink spills, etc., that we were sure our only option was replacement. When Jeremy arrived and started looking around, he didn't seem intimidated by the stains at all - in fact, he told me the likely source of each stain, how long it had probably been there, and the prospects for removing it. By the time he had totaled up the area and explained what he would be doing, I was expecting a much higher price than the "ball park" figure I had been quoted on the phone. The total price was, in fact, near the bottom of the range quoted and the process was quick, yet thorough. When Jeremy finished the job, all but two of the stains (rust and red dye) I had pointed out to him were removed and the carpet looked brand new. It's now been a week since the carpet was cleaned and it still looks as good as it did the day of the service. In fairness to Jeremy, he did tell me that the two remaining stains could be bleached out and the carpet dyed to match the original color but I decided against that because both stains were concealed by furniture. I will most definitely be calling Enviroclean again when it's time for our next floor or furniture cleaning project.

(August 22, 2012, 1:22 pm)I can't say enough about Enviroclean. Their customer service is outstanding! Cathy and Sam are very accomodating making the appointment scheduling to meet our needs! Jeremy came to actually clean the carpets. We had a sick kitty that urinated in our loft over time. Nothing seemed to help. After Jeremy left, the carpet looked and smelled just like new! I am so pleased with their service. George really educates people and explains the whole process, he told us what would work and what would not.....and HE WAS RIGHT!!!
