    Hilda knows the local market in West Dundee very well. She has a great network and brings in interested buyers.

    I've bought 2 homes where she was the sellers agent and I sold 3 homes with her as our selling agent.

    Kim Kern has been the most outstanding realtor my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were new to purchasing a home and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. She was always ready to answer any questions we had and showed us every house we wanted to see. We had a strict budget to work with and she helped us find and close on our first family home!! We were excited and nervous throughout the process and Kim helped us get through it all. We could never have done it without her. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, so this review will have to do!! If you want to purchase a house or sell your house, call Kim Kern!! I promise you won’t regret it!!

    Hilda was very efficient in getting my house sold on the first bid. She was accessible and easy to get in touch with. She explained things in user friendly terms. She had a great team that I was able to use for some of my other home needs. I would highly recommend the Hilda Jones team!

    Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and values. NEVER any pressure, always happy to show properties, and always accessible to work around your schedule. Highly recommend! I have used Hilda and her team multiple times, always pleased with their service and helpfulness. Hilda has been living and selling in this area for decades and really knows her stuff!

    Kim was amazing through our experience buying our first home! She scheduled home showings that worked with our schedules; she even drew up the offer for our home late on a Sunday night so we could move fast and get our offer accepted. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us make the right decision. She was always approachable, responsive and extremely helpful as we navigated through the home buying process.
