Everything I've received I have been happy with, they have some significant deals throughout the year, and customer service is great.

Customer service is great, when I have questions about a product. I really like the fact they don't have dozens of brands all selling the same thing, but seem to hand pick the best brands that represent a product. This makes it extremely easy for shoppers, like myself, to search and narrow down my purchasing decision. Less options equal less confusion. Hassle free returns is great, even though I've never had to use it. Free shipping on orders over $50 ( i think) is more than fair, and they frequently have 20% off sales, which are GREAT! I like supporter actual business, so I think I'm a customer for life. LOVE MY WUSTHOF IKON!
