“I moved my family in here in May short term while we are building our new home. Everything I was told by property manager Amy when I first looked at Village at Canterfield is even Better than Expected!! Everyone here is so nice , the grounds are impeccable . Being so close to 90 and all the shopping makes this a great place to live short or long term . The amenities from clubhouse, pool , fitness center , dog park are top notch. Unfortunately are short stay will be coming to an end. I want to thank Amy and here staff for providing such a quality place to move my family . “Excellent service - even on the weekends. Sam came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate on carpet and baseboard removal due to an unfortunate sewage backup in our basement and his crew was there SUPER FAST! They did their job, left their machines and came back a couple days later to pick them up. When they came back, they gave us an extra enzyme treatment spray to make sure we wouldn't have any issues until we were able to get repairs done. Would definitely recommend this company 100%!”
