  I have another Valor Chimney experience to share. I came home yesterday to the smell of gas in my house and around my fireplace. Valor had fixed it a week before. I shut the gas supply off and called Valor. They were closed. I left a voicemail. They didn't open until 9AM today so I wasn't expecting a call until at least then or maybe even days later. To my pleasant surprise, I got a call at 8AM telling me someone would be there by 9:15. They were on time and quickly found the problem. I have an old fireplace so the new part needed a little adjustment. Very understandable. And then the gentleman proceeded to spend time rearranging my log placement which apparently was installed incorrectly. He didn't have to do that. That's rare old school service. Thanks, Valor

  Valor replaced the inside of my ventless gas fireplace last year. They did a great job for a fair price. It looks and works really well. I just had them out again for the annual cleaning. They are very personable, quick and neat. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Valor Chimney did an excellent job for us, in all aspects. They kept us notified about their schedule. They explained what they were going to do and then carried it through. The personnel were courteous, competent, and professional. Their workmanship was excellent, and, what was also greatly appreciated, they cleaned up when they were finished. Also impressive, they worked in some frigid temperatures. Thank you! Awesome job!

  Excellent. Skilled. Professional. I highly recommend Valor. They have performed work on more than 1 home for us. The owner was onsite and we couldn't be more pleased with the thorough job from start to finish. Great customer service (thanks Barbie!) and outstanding performance (thank you David and crew!)

  After being told by a local service this was 'the worst fireplace' he had ever seen, I was recommended to Valor for a level 3 clean. While more $$$ than I wanted to spend EVER but especially at the holidays, I believe you get what you pay for. I've had my fireplace cleaned annually for ten years for about $150, but apparently, not really. David was professional, prompt, and educated me on every step. The pictures were super helpful of before and after. Highly recommend for annual cleanings as well as repair.
