  Just like any place there are pros and cons. The nurses and girls that take care of mom are great which is what is most important. Mom doesn't really care for the food but it is hard to please that many people. I appreciate that if they serve something she doesn't like, she can get a different meal. The business office we found to have the most trouble with. Kendra is never available and will not take calls from anyone. She has her assistant call back but then it ends up taking 5 more calls back and forth to get the answer. The activity girls seems to care and like doing things. My mom doesn't go to most of them. Overall the place is great and is worth looking into if you need a place for your family member.

  My family and I were fortunate enough to find Tower Hill for my father. We toured several other places and chose Tower Hill because of their homelike environment. It didn't seem cold like some of the other facilities in the area and it didn't feel hospital or institutional like. The resident's are always out and about and seem truly happy. We have been there for 8 months and while nobody is perfect, they come close. They try their best. Everyone is friendly and greets us when we see them. A kind smile from the housekeeper, a hello from the Nurse or caregiver, and even a greeting from the managers. They have a great bunch working here.

  This facility makes every effort to provide great care. They really take the time to get to know the patients and family members. It is an older facility but it is always clean. They staff there really care about people. We have not had any issues.

  My friend was placed there for a short stay and was doing so good there and we realized it was the best place for him so his stay became permanent. The staff are all wonderful and really take the time to get to know the patients and treat them like family. They will take the time. They treat the patients with dignity and respect. I would recommend Tower Hill to anyone!
