  I went for neck pain that prevented me from turning my head. I've also had lingering lower back pain for years. I've been going for about a month now 3 days a week and not only is my neck pain gone, but I've experienced some surprising results I did not anticipate. For months now I've been getting high blood pressure readings (165/115). Nurses at the clinic at my place of employment were concerned enough to recommend I see a general practitioner. I never made the appointment to see my regular doctor, hoping to make changes on my own. I was shocked when after a month of chiropractic adjustments/therapies, my blood pressure has gone down quite a bit! (136/84). I've also noticed other benefits including better digestive regularity and more energy. Definitely recommend.

  I love Serene Chiropractic!! Dr. Manish is absolutely incredible! He is an extremely honest Chiropractor and will always truthfully tell you what is wrong and work with you to figure out an honest and practical treatment plan. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Elgin area or beyond!

  I'd been having back pain for several months after bringing home a newborn and carrying him around all day, but I called Serene Chiropractic after a lingering cough left me in pain with any deep breath. I started feeling better after just a few treatments, and felt pain free in just a few weeks. I was able to do things without pain that had been a challenge for weeks: sit up in bed, play with my son, and breath deeply. I highly recommend Serene Chiropractic - you don't have to live in pain.
