Great experience on the day of the appointment, today I call and the receptionist wasn't very friendly.
Our family has been going to Dr. Malpass for many years. We think she's great! Her office staff is excellent as well.
I had a horrendous experience at another optical shop within sight of this one. Sears not only fixed the other shops prescription errors but did not charge me for it. I ended up with perfect glasses at a great price with digital lenses. I have had the glasses for over a year and they are still great!
