    It was time to.replace our 30 year old tractor, ..did not want a rebadged mtd, but sears carries Husqvarna, a solid solid mfg..

    The staff was incredibly helpful, even though i had done my homework and knew what we wanted. ...they werent pushy, they were informative, helped us with the payment ootion decisions, and will be delivering it in time for spring .. this is what i call service.

    One of the few left I drive 30 minutes to this cause I'm a loyal costumer and they treat you good.

    Went out of there way to warranty my 20 year old impact sockets. Best warranty experence I ever had at a sears in my life. Also found me a socket I had a hard time finding.

    The sales reps are knowledgeable and really took their time to describe every detail about the mowers and kitchen appliances of interest. They let us test out the mowers and described all of the pros and cons of each model as they also did with the fridges to help us make the most informed decision. The staff was courteous and patient with my thousand questions and didn't pressure us to make a decision on anything. The customer service is fantastic.

    The staff is so friendly and helpful. it’s truly refreshing to go into a store that still values good old fashioned customer service. The prices are competitive with similar retailers.
