  A power surge fried an I/O 32 module in a piece of my machinery , I brought Electronic Express the unit and they repaired the board same day.

  A charging port snapped off of a computer board belonging to my daughter's medical equipment today. I was petrified to live without this life-saving piece of technology while we waited on a replacement to be sent out and arrive at a minimum of 3 days later. After calling around to many locations in the area, Electronic Express was the only place that was willing to look at the piece and possibly repair it. I brought it in as quickly as I could. They took it right back and had it repaired in less than 5 minutes! I was speechless in amazement at their kindness and efficiency. I so appreciated their understanding and concern with how much this meant to me. Because of their wonderful service, I will be able to sleep tonight without worrying about my daughter, and that is priceless. Thank you!

  As a freelance DJ, it would be widely considered that spilled drinks are somewhat of an "occupational hazard" in the field. Unfortunately, I experienced this last weekend, and was fully prepared to dish out the money for new equipment (Pioneer DDJ-1000), providing that it was unable to be repaired. Low and behold, I took the controller to Electronic Express - and not only did they give me a SPOT-ON estimate of what it would cost to fix, they were able to do so before the week was over. I brought it in on Monday and was able to pick it up on Thursday! Everything works perfectly once again and I am extremely glad that I took it in for a diagnosis at the very least. I should warn that there is a $45 diagnosis fee, but this is also factored into the final cost of the repair. I ended up spending $125 (exactly as they estimated) for professional repairs on a $1000+ controller! In addition to the excellent turnaround time, each employee I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the business, repairs, etc...they also gave me regular updates throughout the process so I had an idea of whether or not the actual cost would fall above or below the estimate! Really grateful that I had my equipment repaired here. Thank you so much Electronic Express!

  I just sent in my Denon receiver for some warranty repair work. I had questions about the receiver after it was returned to me. Amber put me in contact with Carol who was able to answer all my questions. First, I was shocked I got to talk with actual people but second I was surprise to talk to the actual technician that completed the repair. Both were friendly and responsive and answered all my questions. I did not expect that from a service repair center.
