Melanie and Tiffany were tremendous and so knowledgeable as we tried to decide what to do. They gave us all the information we needed and made great points and suggestions without putting pressure on us and then gave us space to make a decision. They were wonderful and made everything so easy! Before getting to the store, Tom helped us work out the original online order. He was so helpful and even measured his car that was the same as ours to be sure we knew if the glider would fit once we got there. “There is not enough good things I can say about the dog trainer, Brian! He is extremely patient, understanding, and truly understands dogs. Our dog is an extremely scared of humans. Her first class with Brian she was absolutely terrified of him and wouldn't go near him. Brian took his time and I'm sure tested his patience (I know ours were tested) focusing on her struggles as well as practicing essential demands (and a few fun ones). Fast forward to today and I'm pretty sure she considers Brian one of her best friends. She LOVES him! Her human shyness has drastically improved, she listens EXTREMELY well now, and is CGC Certified! He also has the ability to work on more than one issue and dog at once. We were in a class where the other dog was afraid of dogs and Brian made it so we were all working on what we needed to focus on at the same time. I 150% recommend Brian. He has done wonders for our dog, Karen. We are so grateful and can't thank him and his support system enough..”
