Best dentist. Kind and friendly staff. Consistently great care.
We moved here from California and had to find a new dentist. We found Dr Herman and we are glad we did. His office staff is wonderful and so is Dr Herman. We took my 89 year old mom there and they were very caring. Dr Herman is thorough and honest about treatment. Even though it is a 20 minute drive it is well worth it.
Dr. Herman and his staff are the best.
I have been going to Dr. Herman's office since I was a child and have never had any problems. I have always had positive encounters with the staff (including the ones mentioned negatively in the review below). I did have a payment discrepancy (my insurance pays me instead of them, I have no idea why) that resulted in some minor aggravation but my negligence caused the problem and we worked it out quickly at my routine visit. Don't forget, most negative online reviews of businesses are because people don't generally think to leave positive reviews if they don't have any issues!
