Marsha did a fantastic job on my eyeliner..she is very professional!
Marcia McCloud is a first-class permanent makeup artist. Not only have I had services done by her, but so have my mom, two best friends, step daughter, sister-in-law and sister-in-law's mother. In addition, my aunt flew in from El Paso for Marcia's beautiful artistry. Between all of us, we have had permanent makeup services on our eyebrows, lips and eyeliner, and all of us have had way beyond satisfactory experiences. Personally, I had my eyeliner done permanently by Marcia 8 years ago. I was satisfied on day 1, and I'm still satisfied today and have not had to have any touch ups. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Marcia McCloud for all of your permanent makeup needs.
