  Mendel did a great job replacing 2-50 gallon water heaters. We have a gravity-based instant hot water system and they made sure that the new plumbing, water heaters, and other devices maintained our instant hot water system. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

  Not only did they walk me through a few questions I had on the phone when I had some pipe freeze but they came to my home, taught my wife to use our filtration system with professionalism and prompt service. Such a great company to do businesse with

  We were in a bit of a pickle (furnace motor pooped out in the middle of the night and below zero temps outside). We got a call back soon after they opened (we chose to not call it in as an after hours emergency). They set up an appointment for that afternoon, and we lucked out for they called us back to come even earlier. Joe was awesome! He knew his stuff, gave several options of routes to go, and never pressured us at all. Felt he genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t just after a big sale. We will definitely continue to use Mendel, and go to them when the furnace finally bites the dust.

  We've been using Mendel Plumbing and Heating for several years, as usual Anthony G. did a great job. Extremely friendly, and fully explains what he did while servicing our house.

  The service was excellent and technician Aryn was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I ended up signing up for their VIP service which gives a great value. Very pleased with using Mendel and would highly recommend.
