  Great facility. The staff and members care about fitness as a lifestyle and are there to support each other. My son enjoys the Young Athletes program and has learned alot, we have only good things to say about this gym.

  Our family joined Flatlander Fitness last year and we really enjoy working out here. My oldest son, husband, and I attend the classes often. Our two younger sons participate in the young athlete training classes when they are not busy with sports. They can't wait to be able to join the adult classes! Every day is different so you will never be bored. The trainers are all excellent and they really know what they are doing and talking about - they don't just talk the talk, they practice what they teach. They can and will modify parts of the workout for members who need modifications because they want each individual member to be successful. This is not a big box gym - this is PERSONAL training in a group setting. Be prepared to work really hard! If you commit and work hard, you will see results!

  I love this gym! If you want a great workout in a smaller group setting, this gym is for you. I have been able to stay in shape while meeting amazing people and forming friendships. The gym is warm and family friendly. I have been a member since Nov of 2013! Love this place
