“My husband and I experienced E & S Fish Co. for the first time last night. It was a delightful experience. We loved the "family" feel of this restaurant. The owner came around to every table to say hello. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After reviewing the "cooler" you could see all the fish that was being served that evening. We started with the "tuna tower" appetizer. It was wonderful...just the right amount of spice. I had the Chilean Seabass and my husband enjoyed the halibut (that evening's special). Everything was cooked to perfection. The BYOB feature was very nice and expected by the staff. Glasses for wine were already on the table. Make reservations since the room filled up quickly. “Another gem in the far west burbs! I’ve steadily been attending the group fitness classes at Out of Body Fitness for the past 9 months. Prior to, I was on a workout hiatus for several years due to autoimmune issues that had robbed me of both my physical and mental stamina. I had made numerous attempts to find my groove again, everything from home workouts, classes at the local big box gym and so much in between. My body was not responding in the way that it had in the past and I was close to accepting this as my new reality. On a whim, I signed up for the 6-week challenge and have been going STRONG ever since! Edgar is knowledgeable, dedicated and always listening. Most importantly he could see what I was losing sight of and got me back on track. What I love about Out of Body Fitness is the evolving programming, flexible class schedule, and intimate class size that have the feel of one-on-one but still have the camaraderie of group. I am back and it feels so good!”
