“Had 2 shoe straps replaced by the folks here, who were very nice people. Straps were a bit bigger (which I was ok with), a bit darker/ little lower quality than I expected and $10 more than originally quoted... Which is why the 4 stars vs. 5 I would try them again wiith a pair of men's shoes next time to see how they do. ????”

“This is my first visit to Q Center and I am pleasantly surprised. It’s located about 1 hour west of O’Hare airport and it’s rather remote. I heard this was formerly a college. Reminder: This is not your regular hotel but a campus specifically for company event and conference. Once you are here, you will find everything you need under one roof. It’s quite neat. However, the room is kind of small but very cozy. They were formerly dorm rooms I think. Space is quite limited yet I guess that encourages to participate instead of coup up in your room. I heard they have bigger rooms for senior management... can’t confirm since I am not one. The food they offer us this week is actually quite good. They have American, Chinese, Indian and Italian, One last thought: It’s Chicago and coming here in winter can be a challenge.. It took one flight cancellation and many delays for me to get here.”
