“I have to give the ladies on the front desk & Rachel, who gave me the most wonderful, deep tissue massage-a total of 5 stars. Although there were problems encountered with my gift card, (the gift card was purchased for me from my daughters) I cannot hold the ladies at the South Elgin location responsible, as the gift card was purchased at a different location. And that is a whole other story, one that I won't get into on this review. My daughter is currently looking into the matter. Anyway, THANK YOU, Ladies, for a relaxing & wonderful experience.
