The machines that I use , elliptical and weights work with no issues Some of the elliptical machines heart rate does not work but that is not a big deal to me At peak times the garbage cans can be overflowing but being retired I don't usually go during those times anymore. I am usually welcomed when I enter and leave.”

“My daughter (5 years old at the time) was a screamer when she started. She cried when asked to float or put her face in the water. The instructors were patient and supportive. They built up her confidence and trust. Today at 7 she was just moved to swim team. Wow what a difference. Can't speak highly enough of the instructors we have had. We've had a great experience. We had a minor issue with our meal, but our server and the manager on duty went above and beyond the call to make sure we were happy. We thought everything was fine and were very content with how our server handled the issue, when the manager suddenly appeared with a gift card and encouragement to "come try us again". We were very surprised, but would have definitely come back, even without the gift card. Thanks to our server, Sarah, and the manager for making our lunch a wonderful experience!”
