  I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am for the vet at VCA. After I came back from a vacation that I brought my kitty along to, I noticed that he was lethargic and wasn't eating, drinking or using his litter box. The cherry on top is when I found him hiding behind my dryer (Hiding in cats is usually them accepting their death) so I immediately panicked and called the nearest 24 hour vet clinic that I could find. Once we got there the wait time was pretty short and everything went smoothly with checking in and stuff. After taking he temperature and weight we waited for the doctor to come in. The vet was incredibly nice and that was something that I am also grateful for. When she came back she told me that my cats heart rate was extremely low and he most likely had kidney disease which had gone to the point that it was irreversible. She told us that euthanasia was most likely the best option. I got very emotional and she gave us as much time as needed for us to decide what to do and was very gentle and soft spoken. I really, really appreciate her empathy in the situation (as i was bawling my eyes out) Keep in mind this was also around one am. She gave us as much time as needed to say our goodbyes and she was the one to complete the procedure. They wrapped in up in a blanket and let me hold him while it happened. I am so thankful for her kindness and empathy in the situation and I would'nt've had anybody else handle the situation like she did. If your reading this, sorry I don't remember your name, but thank for everything that you did, it meant the world and then some to me.

  Love this place. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had and continue to have a great experience with them. They saved my dog's life and figured out what was going on with her when no one else could. The ER staff was great, the neurology dept is awesome. Dr Mercier is great and she calls all the time to go over test results that were not even done at VCA. She consults with my regular vet. She is great.

  Amazing specialists. Truly passionate for our pets. I was able to check in on my dog and each step of the way was confirmed. The technicians were very thorough and showed empathy to our emergency. Thank you VCA!

  My fur-mommy brought me here because I have stage 4-5 lymphoma and she wants to help get me healthy for a little while longer before I cross the rainbow bridge. My treatment team is the best ever and always make me feel safe and secure. Dr. Book is the kindest doctor, and Angel, her technician is the best. I'm very scared when I go there, but they take care of me.
  I know the cost of this is stressful for my fur family. But I'm so glad that they take me to a place where I feel loved and cared for as I get my chemotherapy treatments and heal. The best news is that I'm cancer-free right now (they say it's remission). Thank you Dr. Book and Angel for being the best staff ever :-) And, thank you for being nice to my sometimes anxious fur-mommy and putting her at ease !!! You are making this easier for all of us as we transition to this end phase of our days together.
  Please take your fur family here !!! It's worth it.

  We brought four of Golden's in for routine vaccines and saw Dr. Alan Hertz. He was fantastic and super informative. We felt super comfortable after talking with him. He was very helpful in helping set up changing our food diet.
