My furniture looks great. The technician they sent was knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home. He was also extremely nice. He is an asset to your company. Great job!

(September 7, 2018, 4:53 pm)We called Platinum Care second time during the last 3 years. I would say they are the best Carpet Doctors. Hennery was a great person to talk to who really knows how to save your carpets from whatever you've put them through. Our house is small and we have children making mess all the time but that didn't stop him from making them look, feel, and smell like they look 10 years ago.
He was punctual and professional and a really awesome person to work with. Prices were more than fair for the excellent job he did. Worth every $ and deserve a great rating. So give him 5 stars.
