    Chuck did a great job assisting me and setting me up with a temporary phone and ordering my new phone. Jazymn was also very polite. I almost forgot this store was in Sugar Grove and was going to go straight to North Aurora.

    Nathan and Chuck were very helpful today. Nathan let me know of all the promotions going on but didn’t pressure me into purchasing a tablet when I said no. He let me know of other deals I could do instead if I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood I wanted the cheapest deal and provided me with detailed pricing options. While I was working with Nathan, Chuck brought over a tablet for my children to play while waiting. Would strongly recommend both Nathan and Chuck.

    The staff was accommodating and very knowledgeable. We were 3 customers in one and Jasmine was very attentive to each of us. To help speed things up when possible Nathan lent a hand and interjected his knowledge as well. Even Alex entertained us with information during the sales process. It was a pleasure and I will recommend the Sugar Grove Verizon store to everyone.
